 Rire al'Italienne,la Seduzione dell'Ironia,Italian Humour:in Sicilia la Pasticeria è Arte,One of the most Picturesque Sicilian Pastries is called "Minne di Vergine","Virgin's Boobs",Ces gâteaux Sicilien s'appelle "Poitrine de Virgine"...haha...so the Guys have a Dilemma:"Enjoy the pastries named Virgin's Boobs or the real Ones?"-"Difficile de choisir?"..."Indecisi sulla scelta? Quelle o Queste?"...haha...

The Recipe,Io li faccio così:Lavora e spiana della pastafrolla,fai un disco di 7-9cm,poni al centro un pezzetto di cioccolatto fondente,circondalo di zuccata e quindi di ricotta di pecora,setacciata e mescolata con zucchero,dai una forma conica;a questo punto ricopri il tutto con una foglia di pastafrolla e cerca di dare la forma a collina di una Tetta...inforna per una ventina di minuti, quindi spennella con zucchero a velo sciolto in acqua e aggiungi zuccherini colorati...et voilà le Minne di Vergine sono pronte da gustare!...Is there a Sicilian Patisserie in Your location?...Please, enter and ask about the "Minne di Vergine" and Enjoy the Unique,Exotic,Afrodisiac flavour of Sicilian Patisserie...Share Your comment,let me know...Thanks and Ciao!
